Small Business Owners

We love working with small business owners. Entrepreneurship is our lifeblood.

Your business gross revenue should be anywhere from $100,000 to $2,000,000. If you’re a start-up and just launched then you may still be a good fit!

No C Corporations - Sorry!

Investment Property Owners

We joke that every other client that works with us owns a rental property. We’re also good at reporting the correct cost basis for depreciation purposes - a common mistake!

Stock Options

Do you have RSUs, ESPPs, ISOs and/or other stock options? Tax planning around purchasing and selling is key and we can help advise you on what’s best (in our opinion). We’ll also make sure your tax return is reporting the correct cost basis when you sell the options.

“Simple” Tax Return

Let’s face it… There is no such thing as a “simple” tax return anymore, thanks to Congress. If you only have a W-2 with stock sales, you are welcome here.

Jerks

Just kidding. We don’t work with jerks. If you’re a jerk and/or disrespectful to anyone on our team… expect to get a disengagement letter.

No Trust or Estate Work

We currently don’t work on trust or estate tax returns.

Doesn’t mind extensions

All new clients can expect their tax returns to be extended. This allows us to ensure your return is prepared correctly and not rushed.

We offer tax planning to help avoid any tax surprises, penalties & interest.

Tax Returns

Individuals

• Our range is usually $1,200-$2,000 personal (1040)

Business Entity

• Our range is usually $2,000-$2,500 for the business entity (S-Corporations, Partnerships)

Business Accounting Services

Requires meeting to new client consult to determine fit and pricing. Minimum monthly pricing starts at $500/month.
